Intellectual Property Notice

All content, designs, artwork, graphics, logos, trademarks, product names, slogans, photographs, videos, text, branding elements, garment designs, and creative materials associated with LOLCKG Studios are the exclusive property of LOLCKG Studios and are protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, trade dress, and unfair competition laws.

The names LOLCKG Studios, LOLCKG, Laugh Out Loud Can't Keep Going, and all associated logos, graphics, and brand identifiers are proprietary assets of LOLCKG Studios. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, display, sale, or exploitation of any LOLCKG Studios intellectual property is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Copyright Protection

All original artwork, illustrations, photographs, graphics, website content, marketing materials, and apparel designs created by or for LOLCKG Studios are protected by copyright law.

No portion of LOLCKG Studios' content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or used to create derivative works without express written permission from LOLCKG Studios.

Trademark Rights

LOLCKG Studios claims common law and statutory trademark rights in its brand names, logos, slogans, and identifying marks.

Unauthorized use of any LOLCKG Studios mark in connection with products, services, advertising, social media, domain names, or commercial activities that may confuse, dilute brand value, or imply affiliation is prohibited.

Design Protection

User-Generated Content

By tagging, submitting, or sharing content featuring LOLCKG Studios products, users grant LOLCKG Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, share, display, and use such content for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Users represent that they own or have permission to share any content submitted to LOLCKG Studios.

Limitation of Liability

LOLCKG Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of its products, website, content, or services to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All products are provided "as is" without warranties except as expressly stated by LOLCKG Studios.

Enforcement

LOLCKG Studios actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized use, infringement, counterfeiting, reproduction, or misappropriation of LOLCKG Studios' intellectual property may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for injunctive relief, monetary damages, attorneys' fees, and other remedies available under applicable law.
