At LOLCKG Studios, every drop is created with intention. Many of our releases are produced through limited pre-order windows, allowing us to focus on quality, exclusivity, and delivering pieces that represent the vision of the brand.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

For in-stock items, please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

For pre-order items, production begins after the pre-order window closes. Estimated production and fulfillment timelines will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

For most LOLCKG Studios pre-order releases, customers should expect orders to ship within 3–4 weeks after the pre-order period ends.

Please note that processing times may increase during major releases, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International: 8–21 business days after shipment

These delivery estimates do not include processing or production times.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the shipping label has been created.

Pre-Order Releases

Many LOLCKG Studios collections are offered as limited pre-order drops.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your item is not immediately available for shipment.
  • Production begins after the pre-order window closes.
  • Estimated shipping timelines are provided as a guide and may vary due to manufacturing, carrier, or supply chain delays.
  • You will receive updates if significant delays occur.

We appreciate your patience and support as we bring each collection to life.

International Shipping

LOLCKG Studios ships to select international destinations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.

LOLCKG Studios is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

LOLCKG Studios is not liable for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly, then reach out to our support team for assistance.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment if this occurs.

Shipping Delays

Unexpected delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Manufacturing delays
  • High-volume release periods

LOLCKG Studios is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
